Peyton provides operational capacity to our talent acquisition projects with partner organizations.

I am a lifelong lover of learning, both for myself and others, and I love to clear paths for people to succeed.

I taught middle and high school English Language Arts for 10 years in Memphis and Denver, driven by a love of language and a desire to help young people become effective communicators. Today, I continue my efforts to help  individuals and groups grow while studying Curriculum and Instructional Design. 

I believe that we can solve many problems if we invite the right people into the room and elevate their voices. I’m energized by the opportunity to work with RCG and our partner organizations to open doors for talented, values-driven people.
