Part-time opportunities to work with us
INTERVIEWER - SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT
A part-time contractor opportunity responsible for conducting an intensive career walk and work sample interview. Ideal applicants are true functional experts in one or more areas. Compensation for this position is $80 per hour. Learn more about this opportunity here.
SELECTION PROCESS DESIGNER
A part-time contractor opportunity responsible for designing all materials to be administered on a given search. Ideal applicants are exceptional written communicators with the capacity to leverage design thinking to create competency aligned scripts and activities. INTERVIEWER - GENERALIST
A part-time contractor opportunity responsible for conducting general interviews in support of our searches. This opportunity is open to individuals who are not currently in full time roles. A part-time contractor opportunity responsible for conducting LinkedIn research in one of our licensed seats. This opportunity is open to individuals who are otherwise employed full-time and would like access to extra income.
