Liz Peinado (she/her)

Liz leads talent acquisition projects with partner organizations.

I am a first-gen American, first-gen college graduate, proud indigenous Latina, and fighter of injustice. I am also a dog mom to a 65-pound pit bull named Tank.

I started my career with Teach for America, teaching 7th-grade math in St. Louis. I went on to found an education nonprofit providing wraparound services for youth in North City, St. Louis. After moving home to Chicago, I joined Saga Education and led the organization’s national talent acquisition strategy. At the start of 2022, I joined RCG.

I strive to lead through a lens that is centered on humanity and equity. I believe in the power of listening, learning, and empowering others to build inclusive pathways for all.
