Katie Cunningham (she/her)

Katie serves as COO of our organization.

I am a Minnesotan at heart who now considers New York City my second home, a mother of a teenage son, and a lover of cycling, swimming, and giving back to my community.

After finishing business school, I spent 20 years in the nonprofit sector focusing on education reform and youth mental health. I have had the opportunity to hold various positions across program development, operations, strategy, and external affairs. I enjoyed building and leading diverse teams and helping organizations to scale their programs and systems.

I believe in a collaborative and people-centered approach to leadership. I am thrilled to be part of the values-driven and inclusive team at RCG and to be working with our partner organizations to expand their impact!
