Julio manages talent acquisition projects with partner organizations.

I am a proud Dominican immigrant, avid Wikipedia reader, and pop culture enthusiast.

My first job out of college was managing after-school programs in NYC. I later pivoted to teacher and school leadership hiring at a K12 charter network—a position I was placed in through an RCG search process! I initially joined RCG as a gig worker supporting outreach and sourcing projects, then moved into my search lead role.

I enjoy building relationships and connecting passionate individuals to mission-aligned orgs. My daily work at RCG is exciting and fulfilling!
