Gina leads our shared services function.

I am a multiracial mom and professional, committed to life-long learning and compassion for others.

My professional career began behind the scenes at an education nonprofit as a recruitment associate. Since then, I’ve held roles that blend operations, technology, people/team management, and data-driven results for mission-based organizations. Both as a mom and as a professional, I am a team player who loves simplifying the routine to make space for the things that matter most.
