Emma provides operational capacity to talent acquisition projects.

I am queer, white latinx media enthusiast born and raised in Southern California who loves raising my one year old mutt and occasionally running half marathons.

After graduating from Ohio Wesleyan University, I worked in a number of roles at a national LGBTQ+ scholarship foundation where I supported young queer adults in post-secondary education. Since then, I’ve become a passionate advocate for creating equitable spaces in job processes for marginalized communities.

I believe in paying people for their time, continuous self-reflection on biases, and consistent communication.
