Angelica Maria Sanchez (she/her, they/them)

Angelica provides HR, legal, finance, and other operational capacity.

I am a first generation immigrant, social science teacher, avid gardener, and lover of crafting.

A number of my passions intersect at RCG: customer service, inclusion, and people. My background in Sociology and Anthropology gives me a unique lens towards equity and human centered workplaces. I have been able to apply this lens in my various roles at RCG.

Growing up in an undocumented single parent family, I never imagined having the opportunities that working at RCG has offered me. Not only am I learning and stretching in directions I never expected, but I get intense satisfaction from working to connect folks with similar backgrounds as me to opportunities. I am excited to be a part of a kind and thoughtful team that is making a real world impact.
