Angelica leads talent acquisition projects with partner organizations.

I am the granddaughter of Black southern migrants, a military spouse, and a step- and dog- mom, always seeking out new adventures.

After graduating with a degree in Near Eastern Studies, I spent over 10 fun and informative years at a national nonprofit. I’ve supported an office staff and culture for 70+ people, managed multimillion-dollar operating budgets, piloted innovative solutions, and placed a variety of entry-level to C-Suite hires.

I believe in building and nurturing human-centered and DEI-focused workplaces—beginning with hiring great talent through equitable hiring practices. I’m excited to both learn from and share with others to strengthen and innovate within our collective talent ecosystem.
